THANK YOU for taking the time to figure this out as well as post your video! You saved us from calling a repairman and have made a busy mama happy to have her dryer back again. My husband was able to easily find the reset switch from your step-by-step instructions. And don't get too mad at your wife :-)--I have something in common with her! I put an over-sized blanket (king size) into the dryer and it shut off within two minutes. I never had this issue with our previous dryer which was a GE. Thanks again for your help.

Bosch has excellent engineers! They are from the finest elementary schools in Berlin. If you enjoyed working on this POS dryer you might want to work on an Audi next. Thanks! this helped me immensely as I was about to replace a belt on my Bosch dryer only to find out that the belt is no longer available. After assembling the dryer it did not work and this was the first video I checked out and you solved my problem. I removed the belt so I interrupted and somehow tripped that switch. great show my friend!!

Perfect! I had to take the hole darn thing apart to clean out two balls of lint that somehow made it into the gas burn metal housing and started burning. Put it all back together only to get this clicking :( Now I know exactly what I need to do once I take those 20 screws off again! such a PITA. Thank you!

It's Sunday, have a bunch of stuff to do, and the wife is in Mrs Clean mode and washes the quilt, yep! .... a quilt. Washer did ok, maybe didn't spin it out enough, but she puts it in the dryer and the dryer dies. Thanks for getting it back working.

Man thank you very much we just got our first home and this machine was there we cleaned it up because it was a mess and when assembled it didn't work I was almost devastated thinking on all the time spent to make this thing at least to look decent and at the end have to buy a new one which we cannot afford now. Awesome. I just pulled a few screws out of the front seal(was making squeal noise) Had to pull the drum. I put everything back together and No start..Hit the reset like you said. This helped a lot
